I condemn in the strongest sense the complete ban on media freedom in Russia & the decision to arrest The Wall Street Journal journalist, a member of free foreign media, a U.S citizen. Stay strong Evan Gershkovich.

I just had a call w/ my good colleague Tobias Billström. I expressed Estonia’s full support to #Sweden’s swift accession to #NATO. We also discussed the security situation in #Europe.

Today i had the honour to present Cross of Merit🏅of the Estonian MFA 🇪🇪 | 🌻 #StandWithUkraine to Ukrainian🇺🇦 Amb. to #Estonia, Mariana Betsa for her tireless work to advance relations between 🇪🇪🤝🇺🇦. The role of Amb. Betsa in boosting relations cannot be underestimated in these trying times. Thank you!

Honour to host the first ever Nordic Baltic Foreign Ministers coordination before NATO Ministerial Latvia in NATO 🇱🇻, we congratulated Finland, discussed further steps to welcome Sweden into the Alliance soon as well as deliverables of the upcoming Vilnius summit

On the side of the #NATO Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels 🇧🇪I met with Bujar Osmani to discuss 🇪🇪-🇲🇰 relations & #NorthMacedonia's #EU integration. I thanked 🇲🇰 for their contribution to the security of #Europe.

I just had the absolute pleasure & honour to present a compass 🧭 as a welcoming gift to NATO from Estonian MFA 🇪🇪 | 🌻 #StandWithUkraine to my good friend Pekka Haavisto representing the direction we should look ahead. I’m glad to see that we walk together towards that direction. #StrongerTogether 🇪🇪🤝🇫🇮

Vladimir Kara-Murza was just sentenced with 25 years just for being an opposition politician. All the people who are responsible for this outrageous sentencing must be sanctioned immediately. Our thoughts are with you & your family Vladimir Kara-Murza.

New government took oath today in #Estonia🇪🇪 so therefore Urmas Reinsalu congratulated the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Margus Margus Tsahkna. Thank you Urmas Reinsalu for your tireless work.
