My contribution to the new art form—the long thread pointing out what strikes me as new and important in the final J6C Report. I also commend other examples in the category from friends and colleagues, eg Ryan Goodman and Norm Eisen. W/ 850 or so pages, more than enuf to go around!

Bittersweet moment- the final episode (for now) of ⁦Skullduggery⁩ with two great guests: ⁦Rep. Jamie Raskin⁩ and ⁦@judgeluttig⁩. And stick around to the end for the bloopers reel! ⁦Daniel Klaidman⁩ ⁦Victoria B⁩. It’s been quite a ride. art19.com/shows/skulldug…

OKAY, here’s the thing about ā€œmembers-electā€: it obscures more than it clarifies, and the House should legislate to clarify going forward. (1/x)

The great @JackLGoldsmith’s op-ed @NYTOpinion on the Trump 1/6 indictment is articulate & provocative but wrong The terrible consequences he speculates about are dubious But the terrible consequences of NOT prosecuting are greater & more certain 1/x brookings.edu/articles/democ…
