The World Meteorological Organization Global Greenhouse Gas bulletin for 2023 #GHG concentrations has been issued this morning via United Nations TV press-release. These data are produced within the #GAW Research Program thanks to the Scientific Advisory Group on #GHG & useful to inform #COP29 Nations’ #ClimateAction.



At Earth Information Day at COP29 Azerbaijan, Director of the #CopernicusAtmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) Laurence Rouil noted: “AI and #EarthObservation are game changers for improving our understanding of Earth and enhancing predictability of its evolution”. #COP29

This afternoon, our Director for Engagement with the EU Vincent-Henri Peuch participated in an panel on data accessibility and management at the 17th #EuropeanSpaceConf. He highlighted our research on how applications of #AI and machine learning can improve numerical weather prediction.
