What drew you to anesthesiology? 🔹 "My dream was more intervention. ... I fell in love with how everybody is down to earth. ... [Also] the immediate satisfaction of when you care for the patient. You’re right there monitoring the outcome ... and you’re treating it right away."

Virginia’s anesthesiologists see the difference caregivers make. They're often the first to notice changes in health, advocate for treatment and help patients through surgery, recovery and chronic pain. We honor them during this National Family Caregivers Month.
