Excellent review demonstrating albuminuria as an independent predictor of outcome in HF. We showed that albuminuria is a predictor of renal replacement therapy after LVAD implantation irrespective of eGFR Circ: Heart Failure. Important marker but often overlooked. ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/CI…
