copper's mischief: s-d hybridization plays a crucial role in off-centering metastability in TlCuS, which we investigated through DFT, and COHP proved particularly useful. Thanks to Kanishka Biswas for an excellent collaboration.

zT of 2.7, a remarkably high TE performance in GeTe with BiSe & Pb codoping. *Unfolding phonons* of the disordered str using the UPHO tool was useful for explaining the observed *inhomogeneity of polar distortions*. I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this.Kanishka Biswas
