Spring is buzzing in the greenhouse! Bees play a vital role in keeping our greenhouse thriving. They're tiny heroes, making it possible for plants to grow & provide us with fresh produce. This spring, let's celebrate these industrious little creatures that make it all possible.

Thank you for searching high and low for our tomatoes! Our tomatoes can be found in various stores across the prairies! We are growing both the TOV’s (Tomato on the Vine) and Roma’s this year – so you may find either!

Celebrating our first ONE MILLION KG harvest of fresh ripe tomatoes for the year! 🍅 We couldn't have done it without our wonderful team!

Did you know we typically harvest weekly from December until August? Picking ripe, fresh tomatoes, ready for your plate!

Lycopene is most abundant in cooked or concentrated tomato products, like tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes. Guava, watermelon, and red bell peppers are also a source of Lycopene (you guessed it, Lycopene is also what gives those fruits and veggies their pink & red colours).

Happy Canada Day! Canadian Bruschetta: 1½ cups diced tomatoes 1 cup diced cucumber ½ cup Canadian feta ¼ cup Canadian mozzarella 1 tbsp red wine vinegar ½ tsp dried oregano 1 minced garlic clove Mix together. Top on baguettes and serve.
