This puppy ate it's owner's roast lamb including the bone which resulted in a trip to a specialist at midnight on Easter sunday. The radiograph shows a bone lodged in the foodpipe. The bone was successfully removed using endoscopy and some forceps and the dog made a full recovery

Pickles, an 18-year old Connemara mare was referred to a medicine specialist when the vet found a loud heart murmur. A leaking heart valve was found, but the heart wasn't enlarged and rhythm was normal. Pickle could be ridden, as long as yearly examinations were performed.
