Glad to announce a new pr in Long Jump!! 20ft’1!

Jumpers are SPRINTERS‼️you cannot jump far/high without being fast! We did 4x40m wicketts (15) with 10m runoff. Working good mechanics and striking down hard to go fast. Then we did 2x40m w/o the wicketts to reinforce what we just did and ended with in place multi jumps #jumps

Here’s some variations in the weight room we do. Madison is still dealing with knee issues so we modified split squat jumps with speed eccentrics Nyima doing some assisted pullups. I like this way better than having the band around the knee/leg #wolvesup #WomenInSports
