There is no doubt that there have been unacceptable behaviours and other issues but having heard and welcomed our Chief Executive and Chair of Council's firm commitment (being acted on) to address what Carr tells us I think they need the chance to complete those. 2/4

Integrity is an important thing, and those who have acted with a lack of this have no place in governance structures. However, I believe people who have acted scrupulously and in line with our standards throughout are there and will take the remedial action forward 3/4

I know BJ Waltho is one such (the only person I have had enough sight of to judge this) and that she is not alone on Council. The RCN needs surgery, but not total removal of Council - debridement has a much better prognosis for patients than decapitation...
