Just published: The second volume of a comprehensive treatise on Icelandic Property Law. This volume covers the organization of the real property system and the main categories of real property. The 600-page book collectively spans decades of research by the three authors.

I did this podcast with Bram Akkermans and Björn Hoops about the new climate decisons from the European Court of Human Rights. An interesting discussion about what the decisons mean for instance for property protection.
