In 2000 The Prince of Wales visited Slovakia, and spent a day in the heart of the country in Banská Bystrica region. I helped organise the visit then, so it was a pleasure to retrace his route 25 years on. Church frescoes restored, the trees in Badin primeval forest even taller.
