NeuroBill - neurobill.bsky.social Jack Rivers-Auty Adam Ranson Pupil tracking with DeepLabCut 🦄 and numpy- resilient to blinking and to partial obscuration by whiskers!

Proud of this one - the MAXCOV method illustrated with Matplotlib and #seaborn!

First publication from my new lab. If you need to display visual stimuli during an experiment, I think this might be a good way to do it. Thanks to Vivian Imbriotis and Adam Ranson authors.elsevier.com/a/1divcbXTOznWa

Pleased to share our latest preprint from Ellie Broom's PhD thesis work examining how ACC->V1 top-down circuits are recruited during visual discrimination behaviour in mice. So a while back Vivian Imbriotis and I wrote a python package for displaying visual stimuli using the raspberry pi. But it doesn't work on new versions of the Pi. Well we're back and we've got some new tricks.
