Current guidelines suggest TAA repair when >= 55mm. Elective repair for fusiform aneurysm is indicated at 55 mm for males and 50 mm for females. Current practice patterns support the repair of smaller TAA when saccular. Read more from @jvascsurg: bit.ly/3rQU2IR
