I know everyone wants an active chat and more people to talk to every stream. But realize that so many people get an immense amount of joy just listening to you have a fun time and not chatting. I promise youre a great streamer even when chat is slow.

My Friendship Speed Dating event was a HUGE success!!! 20 streamers went on 3 minute dates to find their predetermined matches! And TEN people left with a new best friend and a co-op game!! Thank you to everyone who joined!! Who would be down to do this in the future??

If streaming starts to feel like something you have to do instead of something you get to do, it's okay to take a step back. You’re not a machine. Resting is part of the process — not a step away from success, but a step toward it.

View counts will rise and fall. What matters is that you keep showing up, creating, and building something real. Growth isn’t linear. You’re doing better than you think.

The people who stay in your chat, who show up quietly, who listen — they appreciate you more than you know. Don’t underestimate the impact you’re making just by being there for them and kind.

Some days you won’t feel like creating. That doesn’t mean you’ve lost your passion; it means you’re human. Step back. Breathe. You’ll come back stronger.

Someone came into my stream after I took 2 days off to see family and said they found a new favorite streamer since I was gone. Comments like that feed the toxic grind mindset. Streamers are human; we need breaks too. If you don't have anything nice to say, dont say it at all 🫂

Just because it’s taking longer than you expected doesn’t mean you’re failing. You’re learning, growing, and making so many fantastic memories. Keep building!

Everyone talks about content grinding. No one talks about the hours spent fixing broken scenes, audio desyncs, or bitrate crashes. Getting through those moments is the grind.

If someone’s only goal is to tear you down, they don’t deserve your time. You don’t owe anyone your energy, protect your space. The right people will respect the boundaries you set.

Streaming means being the host, editor, tech support, marketer, and community manager, all at once. If you feel overwhelmed, it’s because you’re doing a lot. And you’re handling it better than you give yourself credit for.

It is physically impossible to watch all of your streamer friends often unless youre chronically online. Know that if your friend hasn't said hi in a while, I promise theyre not mad at you. Life is getting crazy for all of us and its hard to keep up and support everyone

The feeling streamers get when a viewer who was a regular comes back after a long hiatus is such a heartwarming feeling!!! Like WOW so many rushing memories You'd be surprised how many streamers remember you even if you haven't showed up in a while if you made a big impact 🫂

I've literally left my mod alone with my computer for hours before and wasn't even worried about it. After so many years, these "internet friends" are simply real best friends and I wouldn't have it any other way 💗

I got twitch partner without posting on socials. I was active on twitter but thats it. Yes its hard but it can happen. If you HATE socials, like me, dont post then. Keep your head up and keep streaming!
