This week, we’re celebrating National Charter Schools Week! Here in Washington, our state’s 17 charter public schools are serving more than 5,000 students with high-quality education. From rigorous academics to wraparound support, these schools are helping students thrive.

This week, Governor Ferguson signed the state budget maintaining enrichment funding for charter public schools and boosting financial support for SPED and operating costs across all public schools. We're grateful to our state leaders for investing in students across the state!
