I have to say a massive thanks to our great physio team at WGH first day back at work after 7 months of sick with shoulder problems and the last 4 months after shoulder surgery phased return apparently iv been missed won't last 🤣🤣🤣

Think someone was happy I was back 🤣🤣🤣

Well survived my first week back at work. After 7 months off, sick 😁 had so many people saying they had missed me while is nice 🤣🤣

Woooooooohooooooo 10 days of rest for the pesky shoulder, unfortunately another injection on Wednesday but apart from that it will be wall to wall rugby both codes and cricket happy bloody days 😎

Just got to say, Paul, who did my nerve conduction test today at RLI, was brilliant, not the outcome I wanted decompression surgery on my elbow as well as shoulder surgery, but at least I no why keep dropping things and the numbness in my fingers not good in my job 😪

Well was a little concerned going for my mammogram today at Westmorland general hospital due to the amount of surgery on my shoulder and elbow and still not fully recovered but 5 ⭐ all round very friendly happy caring staff nothing to worry about 😁very happy and shoulder fine
