As Uganda concludes the #Ebola After Action Review, we should ensure that lessons learnt are embedded into recovery and preparedness plans to readily face future outbreaks. I commend the Government of Uganda for its strong and decisive leadership at all levels throughout the response.

It was a pleasure to meet with H.E. Hugues Chantry, Embassy of Belgium in Uganda Ambassador. I thank #Belgium for their continued commitment to keeping health a priority. In these times, strong partnerships are what drive meaningful impact. I look forward to strengthening our collaboration.
