Scheduled practice for week of 7/30: MWF for both HS & JH @ 7am! Everyone will meet at the WHS Track MW, Friday the HS will meet off-campus, while JH will still be at the high school. Let’s get fit!

Remember everyone needs a completed paper physical and a Rank One online account to be able to practice this week.

Practice is canceled this morning, we will practice Tuesday @ 7am instead. Make sure to get out the door for a run today and also try to get in touch with teammates who haven’t been at practice. We need everyone who plans to run getting in some miles now!
