Full day in Callendar Park today ahead of @NatCXTrophyFK next weekend. All morning with Falkirk Junior Bike Club SCIO riders and then this afternoon with some of the Juniors/Youths from West Lothian Clarion - onto another day of course prep tomorrow!

Great to ride out to cheer on Alex Ball as he attempts to Everest (cycle the equivalent height of Mount Everest = 8848m) Kingscavil hill near Linlithgow. 132 ascents and he was just about making it into triple digits as we headed off - some effort 👏🏻 Michelle Livingston Ursula McFarlane
