Congratulations to 107 community groups celebrating a share of over £4.5million in grants in #Wales. With the cost of living and the impact of the pandemic still felt by many, community groups are coming together to support their communities, thanks to #nationallottery players.

We are currently running 2 gentle exercise groups open to anyone over the age of 50: one in Cowbridge, and one in Barry. All exercises can be done seated or standing and there is no pressure. Come and join us and improve your strength and balance!
