Last week, we spent a couple days with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Southern Sea Otter Recovery Coordinator Lilian Carswell. Lilian is also working on her Ph.D. on #seaotter social behavior and chronic stress. As part of that, she & her team spend time in the field collecting data on tagged otters.
