I haven’t been able to hike, jog, or climb a flight of stairs in 3 years without severe pain because of my severe chronic exertional compartment syndrome. I could finally afford surgery in Dec. Today, I walked for an hour on an incline!! May be a baby step but a big win for me🥳

Couldn’t be more proud of one of my best friends! From our tiny Indiana town, to being the only people we knew at the same undergrad, and now pursuing our biggest dreams 🥹 Look out for this rising star! So happy to see him thriving with his PI @clynfitzpatrick

Pros: 1st AAR meeting was a success! Finally got to meet friends I met through the American College of Radiology while enjoying the city of Los Angeles, meeting new colleagues, and catching up with old friends! Couldn’t have asked for more! Cons: weather was nicer in the Midwest all week

I forgot to get Nashville hot chicken, but made up for it with new friends, seeing some familiar faces, and hearing awesome talks! Honored to meet such great people doing unbelievable things!

My life changed in 2018 Biltmore Estate, getting a call that I would get to go to college — and on a full ride! Later, I took headshots for medical school apps in that same spot to honor the news. Now, I’ve been able to do the same for future residency apps. 4 yrs ago -> Today!

So grateful to represent region 5 of the MSS in the House of Delegates for the AMA! It’s an ever-changing time. I’m happy I could be here to share a passion for advocacy with so many, and to catch up with my friends and mentors in the radiology section council!
