Today we recognize the #DayofMourning - the significance around the day has never been more meaningful. We should all take a moment to remember the 190 Ontarians we lost last year due to workplace injury and illness. Behind that number are 190 different stories of grief and loss.

If the past year has taught us anything, it’s the valuable lesson of talking openly and honestly about mental health. When it comes to offering support, no one gesture is ever too small. Mental health has always mattered, but now more than ever, every action counts. #BellLetsTalk
