Good to see this helpful poster from Prisons and Probation Ombudsman Complaints are too often overlooked as trivial, but dealing with them properly and respectfully has a much bigger impact on behaviour, morale and the mental health of inmates

This is a very welcome and thoughtful report. It addresses key issues and makes sensible recommendations. It must not be ignored by Ministers nor used as an excuse by HMPPS to just reorganise the deckchairs.
