Warcraft Logs Mitigations Update! We've finished updating Mitigations for 11.0. Not only have we updated existing abilities, but also added plenty new. You can find Mitigations under the Healing tab - for ease of overview I suggest toggling off Healing and Absorbs.

The RWQ Citrine poll has closed. Nearly 90% voted to either cap or exclude this funneling gem, majority towards cap. Cap is as follows: 1 in 5 players may have RWQ on (rounds up, always 4 in mythic). Guild prog/speed not impacted. Those wearing the RWQ will not be blacklisted.
