Night woodland walk to end a fantastic first day

Year 5 are busy shelter building before dinner. Two tribes, two trees, different designs!

Of course, every good day in the forest ends with smores. Year 5 are making the most of the evening fire.

All the Year 5s survived the night and have refuelled with camp breakfast. On to survival first aid.

After a great night's sleep and a hearty cooked breakfast we are enjoying team building activities in the forest this morning it's another beautiful sunny day at the wonderful Wilderness Centre

Some excellent survival first aid skills on display, but will Year 5 be able to save Mr Fothergill?

Final day. Learning how to set traps using the the spiked pegs we made in the knife skills activity. Hopefully we don’t have to catch today’s lunch!

Y5 Bushcrafters have left camp. ETA between 3.45 and 4pm. Tired and smelly. I think the children are too!

Lots of old faces joined the Prep School today to say a fond farewell to Mr Fothergill who has given 19 years great service to the school. He will be missed very much

My last day as a teacher! It’s been a 19 year laughter-filled career. A 23 year association with Warminster Prep Warminster School Warminster Pre-Prep comes to an end as a parent and teacher and I’m grateful for all the memories and friends I’ve made. Bring on the next chapter.
