We're so proud of our basketball teammates Susanna Goff and Josie Mayo for qualifying for the state cross country meet! Best of luck to them and their teammates as they compete at states this weekend!

A minion, princess, flying squirrel, emoji and a couple of other newcomers show up for Halloween practice!

This group went 2-1 at the Providence Day scrimmages in Charlotte. We identified some things to work on, played team basketball, made some big plays at the ends of games, and most of all grew closer as teammates. We're excited to get this season started!

Congrats to the Cross Country Team on their state title! Next week, we get to be in the gym with two state champions and basketball practice!

We're excited to travel to Freedom Women’s Basketball on Sat Nov 7th to compete in three scrimmages. The first two games are in the aux gym at Freedom HS. Our third game is at Walter Johnson Middle School. Tickets are $10. Today's post features freshman Josie Mayo and sophomore Charlie Mattox!

One person on the sideline is too many, and we just want to shout out these four for the way they show up everyday, do their rehab, and find a bunch of ways to still contribute to practice. Best of all are their cheerful smiles and their loud voices bringing energy to practice!

It was our second weekend in a row competing in three scrimmage games. Team went 2-1 on the day. The players played together and competed hard. We're looking forward to another week of work and getting better next week!

The coaching staff was impressed with how creative the players were with their media day poses. Good times were had, pictures were taken, and then we competed during practice!

GAME DAY! We travel to Hibriten this evening Nov 18, 2025 for the season opener. It's women's games only tonight with the JV starting at 5PM and the varsity game taking place following the jv game. We hope some of you will come down the mountain and cheer on the Pioneers!

Here are positive stats from our 55-39 loss at Hibriten. Mayo scored 16 points, had 6 rebs and 8 hustle points. Mitchell had 8pts, 6 rebs and led us with 10 hustle points. Wood had 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Thompson led us in steals with 3. Next game is home Sat Nov 22 vs Avery.
