We had an amazing turnout for our dedications of artworks by Randi Purser, Tyson Simmons & Keith Stevenson, and Oscar Tuazon. Artists and representatives of the Suquamish Tribe and Muckleshoot Indian Tribe spoke to the importance of Indigenous history & culture on the waterfront.

We like to refer to the waterfront as Seattle's Front Porch - and what front porch couldn't use a swing - or eight. Try out the swings, located between Marion and Madison Streets, for a soothing way to take in the views.

Introducing our new series, plant of the week! Tulip ‘Stresa’ is an early spring bloomer that brightens up the landscape as it emerges from its winter slumber. A patch of these tulips’ weave through the north end of the park, on the west side of Elliott Way, south of Bell Street.

We are excited to share that the new public restroom, located in Waterfront Park between Union and University streets, is open! The restroom is designed to be welcoming, comfortable, and clean for families and users of all ages and abilities.

Bell St between Elliott and 1st avenues has reopened with a new two-way bike lane and reconfigured vehicle access! Intermittent daytime closures will be in place as needed to install final elements into July.
