Our aptamer for acrylamide has only mM affinity. After reacting acrylamide with xanthydrol to form a covalent adduct, a new aptamer with nM affinity for the adduct was obtained. Published ACS Analytical Chemistry Journals pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
