Caregivers using Palforzia: pls click the link below for an opportunity to advance the field (w/ some compensation for your time). I’ve been fortunate to chat with Javier & am really excited to see what kinds of solutions Alerje develops. As they say, watch this space!

Michael Eisen At the heart of the problem lies the misconception that the data generated by (usually) public funds, with the labour of lab members and technicians (also, usually funded by public funds) and the support of universitites/institutes somehow ends up belonging to you, the PI.

Amazing piece by Matiangai Sirleaf on #vaccineapartheid. "If the current course is not corrected, vaccine apartheid will only deepen, and the resulting mal-distribution will render historically subordinated groups even more disposable."

I’m free to brag here, having played only a very small part: great work from Sarita Patil, MD following the data to the nuanced ways some patients develop neutralizing antibodies

They're not the only ones. This is an incredibly frustrating -- no, cynical -- response on the part of some food companies as I am now hearing every day from my #foodallergy patients! seriously? #shame
