What a summer of fun it’s been so far, and there’s still one more week of VPX to enjoy 🥳 Next Wednesday, August 27th, from 11am until 4pm will see the last VPX day of free family activities and entertainment, this time at Warrington Youth Zone on Dallam Lane. 📸 - Warrington Youth Zone

The Activity Angels have relaunched their activity calendar for September, and there’s so much happening throughout the month. From the Accessible Knit Club to the Coffee with Company Morning, Book Lovers Club and Games Night, there is a whole host of things to keep you busy.


Picnic in the Park, is taking place this Saturday, September 7th, where guests can meet alpacas and the Mayor of Warrington 🦙 From 12.30pm until 3.30pm on the back lawn of Warrington Town Hall, guests can bring their own picnic and enjoy an afternoon of entertainment.

A secure cycle parking facility has opened on Horsemarket Street 🚲 Warrington Cycle Station is free and provides secure 24-hour parking for 34 bikes. Access is via a smartphone app, and the facility is part of the council’s sustainable transport programme. 📸 - Warrington Borough Council



Join Warrington Museum & Art Gallery for the launch of two new exhibitions on Friday, September 12th at 6pm. Measuring Ghosts by Marco Frezza will be on display until November 9th, and 48 Hours in New York by Robert John Watson until October 26th. 📸 - Warrington Museum & Art Gallery
