The most dangerous comments aren't posted by anonymous accounts with few followers on Twitter, but proudly and unapologetically broadcast to millions by newspapers in plain sight.

This account is absolutely devastating. Despite calls for help, UK and French authorities *refused* to rescue people. At least 27 people needlessly lost their lives as a result. Our governments both have blood on their hands.
