Especially to the trainee nursing associate though - the most personable, professional and approachable member of staff - Key part of the team and @LivHospitals should be proud - WeNursingAssociates ๐ - TNAs are fab!





NursingNotes Single proudest moment of my WeNursingAssociates ๐ training is using these skills on my dad. This stuff isn't miracle work, more something we should all know. Those of us who know #Cpr, please help others learn it.


Such a fantastic news about RNAs. We also have RNAs in our ICU chelwestICU๐ West Middlesex University Hospital Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and would like to get in touch with the nursing academic and programme leader and learn about the kind of support they provided to their RNAs CPE Pauline Elaine Manderson ๐

WeNursingAssociates ๐ 2. one example recently, I interviewed NA position. Had a place on RN university. Her husband left her with 2 children. She stuck at it went back bands then took on the TNA . Now an NA and can claim the future back to RN later should she wish to but absolutely loves being NA
