I’m excited to be part of the Mcb2024 and look very much forward to share the latest work of Polymers&Materials and NCCR Bio-Inspired Materials Good stuff, I think! Am also looking forward to see what everyone else has been up to!
Looking forward to Anja's seminar! The well-aged samples shown below are from our joint time ETH Department of Materials and traveled with my lab to CWRU Macromolecular Science & Engineering and then Polymers&Materials We just unearthed them to test an idea, which we can hopefully report soon. (no, we don't keep everything!)
Excited about the upcoming exhibit SUBSTANCE SHIFTS bit.ly/3X6hZsJ by Pedro Wirz Pedro Wirz Pedro uses our adaptive polymers to express paradigm-shifting ideas for materials circularity. Tx to AMI & Pro Helvetia for supporting our art/sci collab. bit.ly/4bIHFjx
It was a great privilege to participate in this NCCR Bio-Inspired Materials funded project on bioinspired membranes.
Only 11 days left to apply for a PhD position in our group ICIQ Limited! 🌟 You will learn how to be an organic chemist, a polymer chemist, and a material scientist all at once. And if this is not enough, we are not far from the beach at all 🌊🧪
Finally out for real: Very useful new mechanophore / supramolecular binding indicator from Polymers&Materials @DerekKiebala
First independent paper is a big deal! Congrats to this milestone! Happy to see Polymers&Materials AMI NCCR Bio-Inspired Materials alumnae go places!
I’m looking forward to showcase outcomes of the collaboration with Pedro Wirz Pedro Wirz Pedro used our shape-memory polymers to express paradigm-shifting ideas to increase the circularity of plastics. Also excited to share the stage with the other two NanoARTS tandems!
