A common mistake in pitching development is thinking the drill itself is important, when in reality, what truly matters is the adaptation it creates when applied to the individual player.

Baseball players have 15 weeks until Fall ball starts. That’s enough time to make incredible gains… IF YOU GO ALL IN ON SOMETHING. You won’t be able to move the needle for training adaptations if you just nibble with something once in a while.

Love seeing all the success this kid is having this spring after watching him put in so much hard work over the winter. Proud of the progress!
