Congratulations to Blue Jay freshman Jamile Johnson who was rewarded for his outstanding first season by the conference coaches. This marks the 2nd consecutive year our program has had someone earn the award following sophomore Walker Gohring who won last year.

Our SLIAC Freshman of the Year blocked 41 shots this season good for the 3rd most blocks in a single season in program history.

Sophomore guard Walker Gohring followed up his fantastic freshman year by leading us in scoring, assists and total rebounds. Great to see his talent and hard work recognized by the conference coaches. Congratulations Walker!

Sophomore Sean LaRose being named to the SLIAC All-Sportsmanship Team is fitting for the guy that exemplifies what it is to be a Blue Jay. His hard work and dedication is unquestioned and he is one of the best teammates around! Congratulations Sean!

We knew when he committed that Jamile was special on & off the court! He showed it in a big way this year. He anchored our defense that improved 9 points per game this season! He shot 59% from the field as a true freshman. Congratulations on this well deserved honor!
