I don't see why Phase 2 shouldn't have open decklists, people with massive scouting networks have an advantage as well as those who don't instantly get scouted. By Phase 2, most techs at the top tables are already known anyway.

Finally a decent result with Top 32 at LAIC. Choking away a strong start doesn’t feel great but our group just didn’t prepare early enough and weren’t solid enough into our matchups. We will just have to do better next time 💪
