We want to share our love of whisky – old or new – single malt, grain, or blend through genuine small batch bottlings, all of which are natural colour, non-chill filtered, and individually numbered. This is your ticket to an interesting world of whisky #WhiskyWorks

Whisky Works King of Trees 10 Year Old: Launched in March, it’s a blend of Highland malts, matured in first-fill bourbon and refill American white-oak barrels, part of which were finished in a specially crafted Scottish oak cask. The Whisky Works #WhiskyWorks

The first whisky on tonight's The Whisky Wire Tastings is King of Trees, our 10 year old Highland blended malt, initially matured in American White Oak before being part-finished in a native Scottish oak cask #WhiskyWorks #blendedmalt

Wind-felled on an ancient Highland estate, timber from two centuries-old Scottish oak trees provided the wood for a single cask to create this rare, experimental maturation process #WhiskyWorks #blendedmalt

Scottish oak rarely yields the knot-free staves needed for making barrels which makes this cask very unique indeed. #WhiskyWorks #BlendedMalt #ScottishOak

Sustainability is a big part of our philosophy. We are helping to replant part of the Caledonian Forest and replanting oak trees to be used by coopers in years to come #WhiskyWorks Gregg Glass

On the palate, grilled pineapple rings dusted with a pinch-ette of cayenne pepper, ripe juicy mangos, spiced baked apples, foam bananas, lemon bon bons, blackcurrant Fruit Pastilles, creme brûlée, coconut ice and more of that Joe & Seph's salted caramel popcorn. #WhiskyWorks

This really is a drop of pure dramming class in a glass. The only thing missing right now is a big roaring fire and a big comfy chair. #WhiskyWorks

The Highland grain whisky was matured in Caribbean rum barrels, a portion was then finished in Pedro-Ximenez casks. Two Speyside malts, one matured in AWO and one in sherry were married with the grain whisky
keeping up? Did we mention we were experimental? #WhiskyWorks

The influence from the rum, sherry and American White Oak casks create a sweet, balanced blended whisky. Reminds us of eating tapas and sipping a rum under the Spanish sun...

The high quality sherry casks in this recipe come from a great family-run PX producer #WhiskyWorks #sherryfinish #letshearitfortheblends

Our deliciously herbal and floral single malt from a closed Speyside distillery spent 20 years quietly maturing in American White Oak before being finished in cognac barriques for 7 months. Time well spent if you ask us. #WhiskyWorks #singlemalt #speysidemalt #cognacfinish
