What are your thoughts of Evo this year from either a viewer or competitor standpoint?

I feel like 2XKO is going to have an odd run when it goes for tournaments. I feel like most fgc tournaments are going to be 1 v 1 as far as entrants goes. Invitationals will have some sort of 2v2 team format. If Riot decides to have a league format then it will be teams.

Finding a duo partner in 2XKO who has my same drive to win and improve is near impossible. I feel like I'm just going to end up playing solo, but I do think that there are some real advantages to playing as a duo in the long run.

So 5 new characters a year? Pretty sure that means they've had most of these characters available internally for a good while. The amount of power creep needed to keep up with the meta is going to be insane for the new characters.
