FFCD9901 showed that despite best staging with EUS, PET and CT 26% of stage I and II patient are upstaged after primary surgery - What we do with cT2NO disease remains problematic - Should we overtreat circa 75% of patients to avoid undertreating 25%? ....ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24982463


A slick demo which has been well worked out by Frans van Workum and Radbound UMC team. Intrathoracic placement of anvil and use of circular stapler not easy - especially for those of us who do this prone or semi prone. Really good demo.
