Wishing all of our school community a restful half term break. Our Year 11 and Sixth Form Students will be revising for their exams and Year 9 will be readying themselves for the start of GCSE courses, but we hope that everybody still finds some time for important relaxation.

Today we're welcoming staff and students from a school in Germany, who have been learning English from a textbook in which our school features! The book was published in 2010, so mentions former staff, but The Mill and our Year 8 Camp still feature prominently!

We are very proud to have achieved the UNICEF Rights Respecting School Bronze Certificate for our work towards developing students' knowledge of rights in the wider world. We look forward to working towards the Silver certificate next year.

Year 7 have been very busy in their Art and DT lessons this term and the Hall display is full of cow, chicken, fish, tiger and tortoise pull-along toys and abstract 'Me, Myself and I' artworks.
