Weāre on BBC Wiltshire now! Tune in

Always great to have a chance to talk about what we do and why we do it. Listen again to our interview on BBC Wiltshire - scroll to 1:40:00 bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0ā¦

See us in action at a recent water training exercise and hear from volunteers about the role we play. Thank you to ITV News West Country for coming along and talking to us. fb.watch/4gJUY4kQNO/

#Wiltshire Search and Rescue say last year was its busiest on record, partly because of people's poor mental health during the #pandemic. Wiltshire SAR was called out to 175 incidents, while at the same time, fundraising opportunities have been cut. bit.ly/3ad43Ei

Thank you BBC Wiltshire for inviting our volunteer Matt on at 4.30pm today to talk about our stretcher challenge. The support is much appreciated. Our fundraising amount has just hit our original total so weāre pushing it a bit further! Can we get to Ā£10k? justgiving.com/campaign/Sponsā¦

Good luck to Wiltshire SAR volunteers who are taking on a 14km stretcher challenge today bit.ly/3tqhPL6

Our sponsored stretcher carry on Saturday really helped us to hit the high notes (and not just because Wiltshire is so hilly!). Everyoneās donations have helped our fundraising enormously so thank you. Thanks too Salisbury Journal for their piece salisburyjournal.co.uk/news/19251670.ā¦

Thanks Marie J Indge for clarifying

Happy 20th anniversary to Great Western Hospital š Last week, over 100 colleagues joined us to spell out 'GWH' to mark this two-decade milestone. Our thanks also goes to Wiltshire Police and Wiltshire SAR whose drone operators took some fantastic photos from the sky.

When a training exercise becomes a real life incident! I was with Wiltshire SAR, Hampshire Search and Rescue (HANTSAR) & ASSAR when a mountain biker came off at Longleat and suffered spinal injuries. Impressive seeing them jump into action to get the guy on his way to hospital
