As part of our Chinese New Year celebrations, Pam and her team cooked a special lunch for everyone to enjoy. 🎉

All 10 of the eggs have hatched. This is the first time this has happened for us! We have 3 female and 7 male chicks. They are so fluffy and very noisy.

Y6 have arrived in Bellingham and are having lunch before starting their walk.

Getting ready to start our ride around Kielder Reservoir.

The weather meant our walk and ride had to be cut short but we’re now back at the bunkhouse and the sun is out.

It’s BBQ time at the bunkhouse.

Y5 have arrived at the bunkhouse.

BBQ time for Year 5. They did an excellent job of tidying up.

All pupils at the bunkhouse are up and showered. Once the rain clears we will be heading out on our bike ride and walk.

Y5 had a great morning at the bunkhouse despite the rain. It’s lunchtime now and if the rain clears we’ll be heading out cycling and walking around Kielder Reservoir.

The sun came out this afternoon and Year 5 made the most of it at Kielder Reservoir.

Final night at the bunkhouse spent drinking hot chocolate, eating cookies and playing games.

We’ve started our walk to the waterfall. We’ll post more photos when we get there.

We did it. It was a little slippy at the waterfall so we didn’t get too close (apart from Mrs Hay)
