Most school are still figuring out their model in this new era of college athletics. If you’re going Pro, this is just how it works. Probably what’s in the best interest for everyone, especially the athletes.

18-22 years olds signing away on contracts without any outside legal review. Scary deal and not what’s best for the athletes. Couple years later while pursuing professional sport their representation handles this business transaction. Education needs to start now, Pro starts now

Rules, limits, and payment structures are being set, but athletes don’t have a seat at the table. Most don’t even realize what’s happening. This is big business. And a big concern for student-athletes. CBA indeed.
