Work too much? Prefer to stay in bed and relax? Insects don’t sleep in or complain. Am I, then, an insect? No. I’ll choose work over self-indulgence in food, alcohol, or idleness. I therefore, cannot work too much.

Grok is the greatest addition to X and my online experience ever. Everyday I discuss points, topics, posts, and thoughts. Today I asked for the difference between hubris and over-confidence. The response is detailed, but simple to read, followed by a real world example.

The best character trait you can have is belief in your own talent. The world will tell you you’re not good enough. You’ll not get the job or a place on the team. You’ll doubt yourself. Retaining a deeply held belief in your talent is an incredibly strong trait to have.

Completely agree. I stay on here because I love learning and sharing knowledge. However, being demonetized is disheartening and I understand why Brock has stopped posting.

I’ve seen failure regularly through a lack of confidence. Seeing someone fail who’s over confident is much rarer. Do you agree?

In the past, mini-Golf became very popular with women because they were not allowed on full size golf course. In Iceland you cannot name your child Duncan. You can’t make this up.

It’s the process, not the outcome, all your energy should go into. Worrying if you will achieve all your dreams/goals is pointless. Making yourself better on a daily basis is where your energy must be directed.

I have been quiet on here because in my work environment this has been my recent experience and not in a good way: Homeostasis in Psychology: The tendency to return to a baseline state of behavior or personality, even after temporary changes. Optimistic for the future ❤️
