On this day, Sunday 15th April 2018, Wigan Warriors Women played their first ever Super League game beating Featherstone 54-0 in front of 378 fans at Robin Park Arena. The Cherry and Whites ran in 11 tries with Kate McMullen opening the scoring on five minutes.

Huge congratulations to Tara Jones, who became the first female referee to take charge in the Championship last weekend! More history made by Tara and another fantastic achievement for women in rugby league officiating!
