Over the weekend, we proudly joined Raising Teenagers Uganda🇺🇬 for the #Hike4GirlsUg, a powerful campaign aimed at breaking the silence and stigma surrounding menstruation across East Africa. From the hills of Tororo to parallel hikes in Kenya and Tanzania, the message was clear:
