Important pattern in Northumberland with Reform doing less well (& Tories holding on) in more rural wards. The Reform surge is largely urban & periurban. It will be interesting to see if this pattern holds in other councils as results come in today.

Lincolnshire shows different pattern to Northumberland. Reform dominating rural wards so far. Only non-Reform wins are urban or small town wards in Lincoln & Spalding. Which pattern will be more typical at the end of the day?
