😢I really enjoyed his writing. He was always good for stinging commentary on the state of the game. The Story of the World Cup has been a fixture on my bookshelf for decades.

Brian Glanville was one of football's most iconic writers, who was closely intertwined with World Soccer for almost 60 years. RIP. We will pay tribute to our legendary columnist in our Summer issue.
